Cricket with Mates
Free to use at launch

Your weekly cricket, sorted.

Cricket with Mates is for social cricket groups that play together every week: indoor, backyard, park or club nets. Ask who's playing, pick fair teams, score every ball on one phone while everyone watches live, and keep track of who has paid.

Who it's for

The organiser

Stop chasing replies in group chats. Send one "Are you playing?" and see Playing, Waiting and Can't make it at a glance, with a waiting list when places fill up.

The scorer

Score ball by ball with big buttons: runs, wides, no-balls, wickets and run outs on one panel. Fix a mistake without losing the match.

The players

Watch the score live from the side, then see your runs, wickets and averages build up over the season, session by session.

Whoever collects the money

Record ground hire and balls, split the cost, and see who has paid and who still owes. Players pay you directly by PayID, bank transfer or cash; the app never holds money.

How it works

  1. Create your group and share a join code with your mates. You approve who joins.
  2. Set up a session: day, time, venue, overs and your house rules (last batter alone, run-deduction wickets and more).
  3. Pick teams from the players who said yes, plus any guests on the day.
  4. Score the match. Everyone in the group sees the live score on their own phone.
  5. After the session, see the results, top batters, bowlers and all-rounders, and settle up.

What you get

Private to your group

Scores, stats and money records are visible only to your group's members. There are no public pages.

Fair and honest scoring

One scorer at a time, clear rules saved with every match, and corrections that keep the strike and the scorecard right.

Stats that mean something

Career figures for each player, a session leaderboard, and a choice to share your stats with your group or keep them to yourself.

No more spreadsheets

Fees, payments, expenses and the group's balance in one place, with every change recorded.

Free to use

Every feature is free while our launch offer runs. Quick games on one phone are always free. If paid credits are introduced later, group managers will be told in the app before anything changes, and nothing already recorded is affected.
