Email support@cricketwithmates.com. Please write from the email address you use in the app, and tell us your group's name and what happened. We usually reply within two working days (Australian time).

Common questions

I didn't get my sign-up code. Check your spam folder, wait a minute and tap Send a new code. Codes last 15 minutes.

How do players pay? Directly to your group's finance manager by PayID, bank transfer or cash. The app records payments; it never holds or moves money.

Who can see my phone number? Your group's owner, organisers and finance manager, so they can organise sessions and payments. Other players can't.

Can I hide my stats? Yes: Profile → Share my stats with my groups. Match scorecards stay visible to your group.

How do I delete my account? See Delete your account.
