Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Cricket with Mates account at any time.

How to ask

1. Email privacy@cricketwithmates.com with the subject Delete my account.
2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in, so we know the request is yours.
3. If you own a group or are its finance manager, hand that role to another member first (Group → Manage), so the group keeps working.

We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in, email address, phone number and profile (name, cricket details, photo, time zone).
• Your notifications and your device's settings for the app.

What is kept, and why

• Match scorecards you played in stay with your group, because they are the group's shared record. Your name is removed where possible.
• Money records (fees, payments and expenses you were part of) stay with the group so its accounts still add up. Your name is removed where possible.
• Security and audit records are kept for up to 7 years, only as long as needed to prevent fraud and meet legal duties.
